At the Delta Headquarters in Bellevue, WA

The needs at our headquarters office in Bellevue, WA are primarily administrative, including filing, mailings, and data entry. So, if you love office work, want to be around great people who love animals, and want to become more familiar with Delta's internationally acclaimed programs and services, here are some of the ways you can help:

  • Package promotional materials to support community events.
  • Assist in preparation of product shipments.
  • Assemble informational materials packets.
  • File publications, photos, Pet Partners® applications, etc.
  • Data entry.
  • Convert paper-based research articles, Interactions articles, Pet Partners Newsletter articles for use on the Delta web site.
  • Prepare promotional materials.
  • Write grant proposals.
  • Scan photos.

Our office atmosphere is casual – we bring our pets to work, so you must be comfortable with animals in the workplace.

You can volunteer in the office, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. We also sometimes have "take-home" projects.

Because Delta Society's programs involve working with animals, many people assume that we train or work directly with animals at our office. We do not board or train animals at Delta Society.

In Your Community

Besides the major volunteer opportunity as a Pet Partners team, you can also:

  • Staff Delta Society booths at conferences, health fairs, etc.
  • Speak on behalf of Delta at kennel club meetings, schools, youth organizations, businesses, etc.
  • Volunteer at Delta fundraising events.
  • Volunteer at the Delta Society Conference.
